As with any online purchase experience, certain terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a training course on, you agree to adhere to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: Self-Paced Learning

For Self-Paced Learning:

  • No refunds. All payments made for this purchase are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

Cancellation & Refunds: Instructor-Led Online Training

For Instructor-Led Online Training:

  • No Refunds. There will be no refunds provided for any courses.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

For Classroom Training:

  • No Refunds. Payments made under this purchase are not refundable under any circumstances and are considered irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

CloudZenix reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to reasons such as insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

In the event of CloudZenix canceling an event, a 100% refund will be issued to the delegate.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days upon intimation by the customer.
